Kushta Qali

Kushta Qali is a traditional Unani medicine designed to enhance male health. It is effective in addressing sexual weakness, improving the consistency of seminal fluid, treating spermaturia (presence of sperm in urine), reducing excessive nocturnal emissions, and aiding in the management of premature ejaculation.

Dosage

The recommended dosage ranges from 60 to 125 milligrams, taken either in the early morning or afternoon, ideally with butter or ‘Majoon Arad Khurma’, a herbal concoction.
