Roghan Arind

Also known as Castor oil, Roghan Arind is an innocuous natural laxative that provides you with a quick relief from constipation. It effectually clears the intestines and stomach from waste material and toxic elements.

DOSAGE

• Adults: Take 2-4 teaspoons.
• Older Children: Take 1-2 teaspoons.
• Infants: Suggested dose is 1/2 teaspoon.
• Or stick to your physician.

NOTE

• The oil is suggested to be taken orally at bedtime with a hot cup of milk.
• It should be taken on empty stomach or wait for 2 hours after meals.
