Sharbat Zufah

Sharbat Zufah acts as a cough expectorant and suppressant and helps remove phlegm. It provides prompt relief for dry and chronic coughs. It promptly relieves cough associated with the common cold and/or inhaled irritants. It is also effective for asthmatic problems. Sharbat Zufah is also used for respiratory infections, including coughs, the common cold, a sore throat, a mustard lung, dyspnea and expectoration. Its major constituent is Hyssopus Officinalis (Gul Zufah), which is an active resolver and expectorant of the phalegm in the pectoral region.

Treatment

• Treats coughs of all types.
• Alleviate symptoms related to chronic obstructive lung diseases.
• Helpful in sore throat, irritation of throat, and voice hoarseness.

Dosage

Adult:

Two tablespoons (20 ml) of lukewarm water two times a day, or as directed by the physician.

Children:

One teaspoon (10 ml) in a cup of water (50 ml) two times a day, or as directed by the physician.

• Keep the medicine out of children’s reach.
• Consult with a physician first. Self-medication is not recommended.
