Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days in major cities across Pakistan. Small towns will take 5 – 8 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • We have a weight base rate per order. All your orders will be charged based on shipment weight.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free delivery on orders above Rs.2500. Shipping charges will be applicable on orders below Rs.2500.
  • All shipments are shipped from Leopards. Delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 business days۔
  • COD is for Karachi only. There is no COD facility for cities other than Karachi.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  • Self Pickup for Non-Service Areas
  • Kasham uses third-party logistic partners and they have defined some non-service areas in which home delivery service is not available. You shall be contacted by the representative of our logistic partners and will decide on a center point for order pickup.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-2 business days.

Damages

  • Kasham takes full responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you find your order is damaged, please contact our customer support to file a claim and receive a full refund or free replacement.
  • Please do take pictures of damaged goods received and share them with our representatives.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do not ship outside Pakistan.

Return Policy

  • Kasham delivers quality products from companies that can benefit your health and beauty, we always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact the customer service established by the company directly.

Returns

  • Once your order is delivered to you, you can return that item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them and must be in the original packaging.

Shipping

  • To initiate a return, please email us at kasham.pk1@gmail.com. We require a purchase receipt or your order number with your return.
  • All returned items should be sent to us if requested by our support representative.
  • We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (if you received a wrong or faulty item etc.). You must have the original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
  • In case of an exchange, you are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item، your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them and must be in the original packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • All the products you receive that have quality issues or packaging or seals that were broken are valid for a refund or exchange.
  • Customized and personalized treatments made at your request are non-refundable, as they are made just for you.
  • Once your product has been returned you should expect your refund within three to four business weeks. However, we ensure that our customers do not suffer from delayed services and try to do it as soon as possible.
  • This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes for us to process your return (5 to 10 business days). A refund will be credited/transferred to your given bank account.

General

  • If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.

Order Cancellations

  • Once our representative confirms your order with the amount over a phone call or confirmed by the customer using self-verification service and that order has been dispatched from our end, it will not be returned or canceled. If the customer tends to cancel the order, they should inform once the confirmation is done.

How to Return or File a Refund

  • If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details of the product you wish to return within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
